ADULT TENNIS LESSONS: Tennis Lessons for Ages 18 & Up

Introduction to tennis fundamentals, using a game based approach serve rally score.. Players will basic technique, forehand, backhand, volleys, and serves. Players will learn basic tennis rules and how to play matches and score and learn to rallying with other players.

ADULT LEVEL I

Tennis Live Ball Drills for Doubles 2.0 – 3.0

Game and point based drills in which doubles pairs compete in a fast paced, fun class. This class will help improve doubles play and fitness. Good practice for league play. Great place to meet other players. (1 ½ hour class)

Game and point based drills in which doubles pairs compete in a fast paced, fun class. This class will help improve doubles play and fitness. Good practice for league play. Great place to meet other players. (1 ½ hour class)

Skills and Plays of the Week 3.0 – 4.0

Each week a stroke is reviewed. Players are filmed and analyzed. In this technique class, each lesson is focused on improving a stroke; groundstrokes, volleys, serves, topspin, drop shots, approach shots, footwork, and strategy.

Cardio Tennis

Cardio Tennis is a group activity featuring drills to give players of ALL abilities the ultimate high-energy workout. Taught by Robert Carlbo, cardio tennis consists of warm-up, cardio workout, and cool down phases. This is a fitness program focused more on getting people moving and less on improving specific tennis skills.
